Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your order leaves our warehouse.

We currently ship within United State, Canada And United Kingdom. If you're outside this area, reach out to our support team we're happy to check if we can accommodate your location.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work quickly to resolve it whether that means a replacement or a refund.
